I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
I own the rights to my artwork and may post to my gallery, Twitter, Instagram etc. Please do not claim my art as yours or edit it without permission.
Payment is through PayPal invoice only. Once I accept your commission, you must provide your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice. I will not start your commission until the invoice is fully paid.I AM A VERY SLOW ARTIST. DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT. The estimated wait time for a commission is about 1 week to 2 months, on extreme cases, it could take up to 4 months. You are more than welcome to ask for WIPs or any update with the commission. However, please refrain from asking everyday / almost everyday. You are free to request a due date, but it will increase the chances of your commission request being denied.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.You will receive the full-size illustration along with a smaller low-resolution copy that has a more evident watermark. If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would appreciate it if you only upload the smaller one and never the big file, except for Commercial projects where this rule may not apply.A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork, except for Commercial projects where this rule may not apply.Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, USB memory...I reserve the right of canceling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll slightly modify them a bit to make them fit my style. However, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in the form.As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (lineart style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.I will work as best as I can, but you are the one who has to make sure that whatever you order is suitable for my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Browse around my gallery for samples as much as you need and please refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section of this document for more info.By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any chargeback/refunds without contacting me first.

▸All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
▸Commissions are in $USD only.
▸Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
▸PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
▸These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 50% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.

PROCESO

-The completion of the Work requires 4 months at minimum, and may typically average 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions. Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes. Note that each project may vary. Please plan your launches and streams accordingly.▸I start on the requested art only after i get the payment.
▸I will only start on sketches after I receive all required details from the commissioner.(Please refer to 'How to Order')
▸I do unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, after you're satisfied with the sketch, no more changes will be made.
▸After I've received the payment, I will start on your commission.There may be some major revisions to each item shown during the process, not including errors made by the Artist. Revisions later in the process, such as after line art, can only be minor. I will actively reach out for feedback.Additional charge up to 30% of the base price may be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.Delivery of finished Work will be through Google Drive or Sta.sh.

POLÍTICA DE DERECHOS DE AUTOR

▸ I own all copyrights to my artwork.
▸ The commissioner can republish and use the commission without heavily editing the artwork.
▸ The commissioner cannot reproduce or alter the commissioned piece for resale with profit fines.
▸ If the curator would like to purchase the rights to the commissioned art, he will incur additional charges of 100% of the total commission.
